Elmax Kitchen Knife

This kitchen knife is made in a japanese Deba syle.

It is forged out of  Elmax stainless steel which is hardened to 60 HRC.

The handle is composed out of a piece of ebony wood with brass and olive wood.

Dimensions are 25 cm out of which the blade is 13 cm, 42 mm wide and 2 mm thick.
