52100 Steel Chef Knife

Hand made knife, forged out of ball bearing steel (52100)

It is a full tang knife with the balance at the base of the handle.

The handle is made out of brass and ebony  with an ostrich bone inlay, with brass rivets.

Dimensions 35 cm out of which the blade is 21.5 cm , thickness is 3 mm at the base, 5 cm wide.
